1. The six-axis four-linkage of the machine tool, in which the tool rotation axis and the workpiece rotation axis adopt the variable lead precision pupa wheel pair transmission, the main movement and the knife movement are directly controlled by the servo motor, which has high processing efficiency and good accuracy and stability. Mainly used in construction machinery, reducer and wind power industries.
2. The tool post adopts the structure of hydrostatic guide rail and hydrostatic bearing, which is suitable for high-efficiency machining of machine tools.
3. According to the user configuration machine tool loading and unloading and tooling and other accessories, suitable for mass production of parts.
4. The worktable is supported by hydrostatic bearings, with strong rigidity and good stability.
5. The machine tool is equipped with processing. The function of auto-switching the cutter when the external gear is used, realizes the automatic conversion of the cutter for the internal and external gears through program input.
6. The machine tool has the overall pulling function of the tool post to realize the high-efficiency machining of the internal teeth of the deep hole.
