Mainly produces gear cutting machines with various specifications including CNC high speed gear shaper and CNC gear shaving machine.
1. The machine tool has four axes and three linkages. Among them, the tool rotation axis and the workpiece rotation axis are directly driven by a torque motor, and the universal worm gear pair is driven. There is no need to adjust the workbench. The maximum speed of the workbench is 100r/min, and the indexing accuracy is good.
2. The tool post adopts a static pressure guide rail and a static pressure bearing structure, which is suitable for efficient machining of machine tools.
3. According to the user configuration of machine tools, fixtures, deburring mechanisms and other accessories, it is suitable for mass production of parts.
