Mainly produces gear cutting machines with various specifications including CNC high speed gear shaper and CNC gear shaving machine.
1. The machine tool has four axes and three linkages, in which the tool rotation axis and the workpiece placement rotation axis are driven by precision steel wheels with variable lead, and the processing efficiency is high. Good accuracy and stability, mainly used in precision reducer, automobile and tool industries.
2. The tool post adopts the structure of hydrostatic guide rail and hydrostatic bearing, which is suitable for high-efficiency machining of machine tools.
3. According to the user configuration machine tool loading and unloading, tooling fixtures, deburring mechanism and other accessories, suitable for mass production of parts.
4. Equipped with special screw guide rails to process helical gear parts.
